Market Street Parking Lot is NOW OPEN 
The City of Oneonta is happy to announce the new 115-space public parking lot on Market Street (site of the former parking garage) is now open to the public.
See attached map showing the parking spaces and associated time limits.
The lot includes 11 spaces reserved for electric vehicle charging, although these Level 2 ChargePoint EV chargers are not yet in service (coming soon).
The new stair and elevator tower in the northwest corner of the lot is also open, providing an accessible pedestrian connection to Water St.
In addition, the interior walkway from Water St to Main St (formerly known as the arcade) remains a publicly accessible passage with an elevator and stairs.
As previously announced, Oneonta Public Transit will begin operating out of the new Transit Center at 47 Market St (adjacent to the new parking lot) on Monday, December 1st.
