* WHAT...Snow showers expected. Total snow accumulations up to 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. Wind chills as low as -5.

* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, and Southeast Webster Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 5 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning and evening commutes and Holiday travel. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Brisk winds will cause some blowing snow, which could lead to visibility of one quarter of a mile or less.
