Beginning on Monday, December 1st the Albany Water Department has a scheduled maintenance on Sparkill Avenue and Rutland Street to replace a valve. The following homes will be without water during the valve replacement:
-5,7,11,15,19,25,27,2931,35,37,39,41,43 Sparkill Avenue.
-6,10,14,18,20,24,28,34,36 Sparkill Avenue.
-16,32,44 Southern Boulevard.
-4, 11,19,22,25,32,37,40,46 Rutland Street.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Lodge Street from Pine Street to Steuben Street for funeral.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for AWD:
-The north side of Rutland Street (3) spaces west of Sparkill Avenue.
-Both sides of Jay Street from #202 to #208.
-Both sides of State Street (3) spaces centered on #275.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for AWD:
-Both sides of Dana Avenue from #56 to #62
-The east side of Davis Avenue (4) spaces OPP #72.
-The north side of Washington Avenue from #481 to #487.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Rutland Street rom #32 to #40 for AWD. 

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Second Street (6) spaces west of Hall Place for AWD.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, December 5th at 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Green Street from State Street to Beaver Street and on both sides of Sherman Street from #404 to #410 for AWD. 

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Friday, December 5th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the south side of Madison Avenue from #524 to #536 for service vehicles. 
Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 8:00 a.m. until Saturday, December 6th at 4:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #251 Elm Street west of Dove Street for service.

Beginning on Monday, December 1st at 7:00 a.m. until Tuesday, December 9th at 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #9 Dana Avenue east of Knox Street for a pod.

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #143 Lancaster Street east of Dove Street for a move. 

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of South Ferry Street from #53 to #59 and on both sides of Third Street from #454 to #462 for AWD. 

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Second Street form #319 to #329 for AWD. 

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 7:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the south side of McCrossin Avenue from Pennsylvania Avenue west to # 10 for service vehicles. 

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #409 State Street east of Sprague Place.

Beginning on Tuesday, December 2nd at 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the south side of #492 Madison Avenue (3) spaces east of Knox Street for a move. 

Beginning on Wednesday, December 3rd at 12:01 a.m. until Thursday, December 4th at 11:59 p.m. parking will be restricted on the west side of North Pearl Street from Wilson Street to Clinton Avenue for event.
