* WHERE...Calhoun, Allegan, Kalamazoo, Ottawa, and Van Buren Counties.

* WHEN...From 7 AM Saturday to 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling snow.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heaviest snow and worst travel conditions are expected Saturday afternoon and Saturday night.

* AFFECTED AREAS: OTTAWA ... ALLEGAN ... VAN BUREN ... KALAMAZOO ... CALHOUN
