* WHERE...Northwest Pocahontas, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Fayette, and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to noon EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions.
