* WHAT...Gusty winds and blowing snow. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.

* WHERE...Portions of northern, central, and eastern Iowa.

* WHEN...Until noon CST today.

* IMPACTS...Strong northwest winds gusting to near 35 MPH this morning will blow snow that fell yesterday. This will reduce visibility to below 3 miles at times, and will also blow snow over roadways prolonging slick travel conditions. As winds abate today the conditions will gradually improve, especially after sunrise.
