INCIDENT: PC 245 – Assault with a Weapon
LOCATIONS: 18800 block of Rock Springs Road, Hesperia
SUSPECT(S): Ashley Wicklund, 31-year-old resident of Hesperia
SUMMARY: On Sunday, November 30, deputies responded to the 18800 block of Rock Springs Road, Hesperia, after a report of a stabbing. They found the victim, a 32-year-old man from Hesperia, with a single stab wound to the chest. Due to his condition, he was airlifted to a nearby hospital for treatment and was later reported to be in stable condition.
During the investigation, it was determined the victim had an argument with a woman identified as Ashley Wicklund. The conflict escalated, and the victim was stabbed. Wicklund was arrested and booked at High Desert Detention Center for PC 245- Assault with a Weapon.
