* WHAT...Visibility one-quarter mile in dense fog.
* WHERE...Anchorage, with the worst conditions in the Anchorage Bowl.
* WHEN...Until 5 AM AKST Tuesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility and icy roads.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Main roads could become icy as water on surfaces refreeze overnight, after sunset. Side and neighborhood roads remain icy and will combine with the fog and low visibilities to make travel difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
