Snow is expected on Tuesday, December 2nd around 6:00 a.m. and is expected to last until Wednesday, December 3rd around 1:00 a.m.
-Avoid unnecessary travel during the storm period if possible.
-If you must drive, reduce speed and expect delays.
-Keep emergency supplies in your vehicle, including blankets, water, and a flashlight.
-Check on elderly neighbors or those with limited mobility.

The Albany Police Department will remain fully operational throughout the storm. We do not anticipate delays in response time, and our officers will continue to patrol and respond to calls for service as usual.
***Emergency No Parking Restrictions for 12/1***
Beginning on Thursday, December 4th at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Rutland Street from #32 to #40 for AWD.
Beginning on Thursday, December 4th at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of #99 Washington Avenue (3) spaces west of South Swan Street for a blood drive.
Beginning on Thursday, December 4th at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of Kenosha Street from #121 to #133 for AWD.
Beginning on Friday, December 5th at 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the north side of Knox Alley (8) spaces west of Knox Street and on the west side of Clare Avenue from #18 south (6) spaces for service vehicles.
Beginning on Friday, December 5th at 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on the following streets for AWD:
-Both sides of North Pine Avenue from #63 to #71.
-The south side of Morris Street from #728 to #730.
-The north side of Melrose Avenue (5) spaces west of Fairlawn Avenue.
Beginning on Friday, December 5th at 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. parking will be restricted on both sides of Eagle Street from Corning Place to Elk Street for tree lighting.
