Mayor Derek Armstead, the City of Linden, and the Linden Cultural & Heritage Committee invite you to join us for our annual Holiday Tree Lighting this Friday, December 5th at 6pm in front of City Hall. The event includes free horse and carriage rides (5pm-8pm), music, refreshments and of course, Santa!
After the tree lighting, families are invited across the street to the Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade for refreshments and photos with Santa, Frosty, and the Grinch! Children ages eleven and under will receive a goodie bag and a chance to win a bike!
N. Wood Ave will be closed between Elm St & Blancke St, along with parts of Blancke St and Knopf St. TRUCKS MUST UTILIZE ELIZABETH AVE AND ST GEORGE AVE AS ALTERNATE ROUTES. Please be mindful of parking restrictions and heavier than normal pedestrian traffic in the area.
