Gloucester Township Police Media Release- Gloucester Township Police Arrest Juvenile Suspect in Three Vehicle Thefts 12-3-2025
On Tuesday, December 3, 2025 at approximately 8:25 pm, Officers were dispatched to the Revere Run neighborhood in the Sicklerville section of Gloucester Township for the report of a motor vehicle theft. Due to Officers conducting proactive, targeted enforcement operations in the immediate area based on a previous analysis of crime trends, they were able to flood the area of the theft almost immediately.
Through collaborative investigative efforts and enhanced patrols by Officers and Detectives, two other stolen vehicles were located in the area. One from a nearby neighborhood and one from Cherry Hill. Officers attempted to conduct a pedestrian stop of a possible suspect, however he fled on foot as offices gave chase. He was ultimately located and taken into custody. The male was in possession of items consistent with burglary and vehicle theft activity. The juvenile male was transported to Gloucester Township Police Headquarters, and was charged with three counts of Motor Vehicle Theft and other offenses after an investigation by Detectives. Three stolen vehicles were recovered and able to be returned to their owners.

Prompt reporting of suspicious activity and potential criminal conduct allows officers to respond quickly and effectively to address community concerns. The teamwork between Officers, Detectives, and community members directly contributed to this arrest and the recovery of three stolen vehicles.

Arrested: 15-year-old male suspect was charged with (3) counts of Motor Vehicle Theft, (3) counts of Criminal Mischief, Possession of Burglary Tools, and Resisting Arrest by Flight. The investigation remains ongoing.
