11/30 - 5:16 p.m. - Police were called to a residence on Blackburn Manor for a domestic battery in progress. When police officers arrived they found there to be two victims of domestic battery, and the suspect was taken into custody, and transported to the St. Clair County Jail. Upon completing the investigation the report was forwarded to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office - Domestic Violence Unit. On December 2nd, the state's attorney's office charged the defendant, Christopher M. Feldhake, 33 of Millstadt, with the following:
Count 1: Aggravated Domestic Battery - A Class 2 Criminal Felony.
Count 2: Domestic Battery - A Class A Criminal Misdemeanor.
