Community Reminder: 2025 Christmas Parade Staging & Safety Information 
The staging point for this year’s Christmas Parade will be at the Sonora Primary School (Elementary campus) on Concho. All parade participants must arrive and be in the staging area no later than 6:00 p.m. The parade will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m.
Parade Route:
The parade will travel from the Primary School down Concho, continue toward City Hall, then head up Main Street toward the Sutton County Courthouse and finish on Water Street.
Street Closures:
Main Street and surrounding areas will be blocked off beginning at approximately 3:30 p.m. to prepare for the festivities.
Safety Reminder:
We ask all parade participants to use caution during the event. Please watch for children who may run into the parade route while collecting candy and gifts. Your cooperation in keeping everyone safe is greatly appreciated.
