A period of drizzle mixing with snow has been observed across northern Illinois, southwest Lower Michigan and northwest Indiana this evening. With air and road temperatures below freezing as well, some slick spots are possible, especially on elevated surfaces like bridges and lesser traveled back roads. Use caution while driving as any sheen on the roads may be ice instead of a wet spot.
