OLD TYME CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL & PARADE TONIGHT!

The 100 and 200 blocks of E. Grand Ave. will be closed today at 3pm to prepare and setup for the Old Tyme Christmas Festival and Parade. The parking spaces within the 100 and 200 blocks of E. Grand Ave. will be blocked but Eastbound and Westbound traffic will be open until approx. 4:30pm. However, Northbound and Southbound travel throught the Grand Ave. intersections at 7th Street and 6th Street will be blocked. At 4:30pm, Grand Ave. will be closed from Main Street to 6th Street and [Grand Ave.] Eastbound and Westbound lanes will be closed. All roadways will reopen at 8:00pm.

PURSUANT TO THIS VALID PERMIT, ANYONE OBSERVED PARKING WITHIN THE 100 AND 200 BLOCKS OF EAST GRAND AVENUE, AFTER 3:00 PM ON DEC. 4TH, WILL BE SUBJECT TO TOW AT THE VEHICLE OWNER’S EXPENSE. THERE ARE NO PARKING EXCEPTIONS TO THIS PERMIT UNLESS PRIOR AUTHORIZATION FROM THE PERMIT HOLDER:
