* WHAT...Visibility one-quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Anchorage, with the worst conditions in the Anchorage Bowl.
* WHEN...Until 9 AM AKST Thursday.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous driving conditions due to low visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Fog has been observed across Anchorage with sudden visibility reductions, especially towards northern and eastern portions of Anchorage bowl. With temperatures hovering around freezing, any moisture on roads and surfaces could refreeze. Reductions in visibility along with slick surfaces could make travel difficult.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
