4th Precinct Commanders Captain N. Laurie, Executive Officer Lieutenant R. Stevenson, and Substation Supervisor Sergeant G. Hernandez, along with Community Service Officers T. Frye and K. Eley, will partner with United Community Corporation to host their annual Winter Bliss Toy Giveaway at West Side Park Recreation Center, 600 S. 17th Street. The event will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. (or while supplies last), Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Residents must register to attend.
