PC290.013(A) - Sex Offender Failure to Report Address Change
LOCATION: Rio Vista Drive, Big River, CA
SUSPECT(S): Brett Alderson, 60-years-old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Tuesday, December 2, 2023, at approximately 12:48 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department contacted Brett Alderson during a traffic enforcement stop on Rio Vista Drive, in Big River.
During the stop, Alderson was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Orange County for PC-290 - Sex Offender Failure to Register and
PC290.013(A) - Sex Offender Failure to Report Address Change. Alderson was arrested and transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Alderson was later released to the Orange County Sheriff's Department.
