IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Bluffton, Beaufort, Port Royal, Clarendon, Jasper, Lemon Island, Burton, Shell Point, Laurel Bay and Calawassie Island.
