Merrimack River At Lowell affecting Middlesex and Essex Counties. Nashua River At East Pepperell affecting Hillsborough, Worcester and Middlesex Counties. For the Connecticut River...including Montague, Northampton, Holyoke Dam, Holyoke, Springfield, Thompsonville, Hartford, Middle Haddam... Minor flooding is forecast. For the Merrimack River...including Lowell, Lawrence, Groveland... Minor flooding is forecast. For the Nashua River...including East Pepperell...Minor flooding is forecast.
