On May 10, 2025 at 10:05 AM, the Fairfield Police Department received multiple reports of a two-year old Hispanic or white male running in traffic in the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave and Utah St. Several neighbors in the area reported the same. Police Officers arrived on scene at 10:06 AM. After an hour-long search with the assistance of the California Highway Patrol, officers were unable to locate the child. The child is described as wearing a red shirt, blue shorts and no shoes.
