* WHERE...Anchorage and NW Kenai Peninsula. Strongest winds expected along the Knik Arm and West Anchorage and out along the coast of the northern Cook Inlet.
* WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 11 PM AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeast winds will quickly develop tonight and continue at varying intensity through Sunday night. Areas of blowing snow are possible near and shortly after the onset of winds tonight.
