Wind Advisory until 01:00PM Monday

* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 55 mph expected. Wind chill values falling to between -5 and -15F by Sunday evening.

* WHERE...Anchorage and NW Kenai Peninsula. The strongest winds expected along Knik Arm from Birchwood southwest, across North and West Anchorage, and along the coast of the northern Cook Inlet, including Kenai and Nikiski.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST Monday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong northerly winds will continue through Monday morning. Areas of blowing snow with reduced visibilities are possible. There may be brief periods where winds and gusts diminish slightly Saturday evening and Sunday evening. However, very strong winds and gusts will persist through the weekend.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE ... NW KENAI PENINSULA
