...Snow to spread across the area early this morning causing 
slick roads...

Instructions:

At 4 AM EST, Light to moderate snow was spreading into northern
Indiana and far southern Lower Michigan mainly north of Highway
30. Visibilities will likely drop below 1 miles at times over most
areas. The snow should end or diminish to just flurries by early
afternoon. Many rural roads in open areas remain slippery in spots
from recent snowfalls. Given very cold pavement temperatures,
unplowed secondary roads are likely to remain slippery into the
afternoon.
