Coastal Flood Advisory until 06:00PM Monday 
* WHAT...Tidal overflow flooding expected.
* WHERE...Clatsop and Tillamook Coast, and South Washington Coast.
* WHEN...From 2 PM to 6 PM PST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding, up to one foot above ground level, during high tides is expected in the low lying areas near bays, sloughs, and the lower reaches of the coastal rivers.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Coastal flooding threat is due to a combination of higher tides in addition to rivers running high due to runoff from heavy precipitation on Monday. Total tides at Toke Point, Tongue Point, and Garibaldi are forecast to be around 9.5 feet. High river flows and runoff from heavy precipitation will increase the flood potential in the tidally influenced reaches and estuaries of coastal rivers.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CLATSOP COUNTY COAST ... TILLAMOOK COUNTY COAST ... SOUTH WASHINGTON COAST
