INCIDENT: H&S 11378 - Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale and PC 273A(A) - Child Abuse
LOCATION: 1900 block of Flora Vista Dr. Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Scott Warren, 44 Years Old, Resident of Needles, CA
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, December 4, 2025, deputies and detectives from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department served a search warrant in the 1900 block of Flora Vista Drive in Needles.
The operation stemmed from investigative leads regarding suspected drug sales occurring at the residence. During the ongoing investigation, deputies obtained additional information that led to a search warrant for the residence.
Upon serving the search warrant, investigators located suspected methamphetamine along with paraphernalia and other items consistent with narcotics sales. The suspected methamphetamine was also located in an area accessible to a 14-year-old juvenile residing in the home.
Warren was arrested without incident and transported to the High Desert Detention Center for booking. Warren remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
