INCIDENT: P.C. 273.5(A) - Felony Spousal Abuse
LOCATION: 1900 block of Clary Drive, Needles, CA
SUSPECT(S): Aram Rodriguez, 22 Years Old, Resident of Fresno, CA
VICTIM(S): Confidential
SUMMARY: On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at approximately 12:54 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 1900 block of Clary Drive reference a domestic disturbance.
During the investigation, it was reported the suspect, Aram Rodriguez, held a knife against the victim's neck and threatened to kill her. The victim was able to break away and call 9-1-1.
Aran Rodriguez was positively identified and placed under arrest. Rodriguez was transported to the Colorado River Station jail for booking. Rodriguez remains in the custody of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department with a bail amount of $50,000.00, awaiting a court hearing.
