Full Notification

On December 5, 2025, at 6:23 p.m. Gibson County Central Dispatch received a report of a disturbance that had occurred in the 2200 block of East Lake Road in Princeton.  Deputy Eric Powell investigated the matter with the assistance of Deputies Wes Baumgart and Shawn Holmes.  During the investigation they spoke with all the parties involved in the incident and at the conclusion they placed 37-year-old Brian Fryman of Princeton into custody and transported him to the Gibson County Detention Center.  Upon arriving at the detention center, Mr. Fryman was charged with Battery, Intimidation, and Interference in the Reporting of a Crime. 
 
All criminal defendants are to be presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.
