| Moorpark Special Enforcement Unit (SEU) detectives initiated an investigation regarding possible narcotic sales at a residence in the 14000 block of Avenida Colonia in the city of Moorpark. Through a detailed investigation, (S)-Vanessa Gonzalez was identified as the primary suspect. SEU detectives authored a search warrant which was approved by a Ventura County Superior Court judge. On 12/5/2025, detectives from Moorpark SEU, Moorpark Investigations Bureau, and East County SEU served the residential search warrant. Detectives located 4.6 gross grams of Methamphetamine, 0.61 gross grams of Fentanyl, and 200 gross grams of Marijuana, along with indicia of narcotic sales. Kevin Aguillar was arrested and booked for HS 11550(a) - Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance, Vanessa Gonzalez was arrested and booked for HS 11378-Possession of a Controlled Substance for Sale, HS 11364 - Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia, HS 11395(b)(1) – Two or More Convictions of Possession of Narcotics, and HS 11359 – Possession of Marijuana for Sale. Arnoldo Gonzalez was arrested and booked for HS 11550(a) - Being Under the Influence of a Controlled substance. Emilio Solis was arrested and booked for HS 11550(a) – Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and HS 11364 – Possession of Narcotic Paraphernalia. Salvador Zavala was arrested and booked for HS 11550(a) – Being Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance. Hernan Castillo was cited and released for PC 1203.2 – Violation of Probation. Lorraine Hatcher was cited and released for HS 11377(a) – Possession of a Controlled Substance. |
