Flood Warning until 04:12AM Thursday 
...The National Weather Service in Portland OR has issued a Flood Warning for the following rivers in Oregon... Nehalem River near Foss affecting Tillamook and Clatsop Counties. Siletz River at Siletz affecting Lincoln County.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Nehalem River near Foss.
* WHEN...Until early Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Above 18.0 feet, expect widespread flooding of low lying farm land and structures downstream of the Foss gauging station to Nehalem. Street flooding in the town of Nehalem begins at this point, usually during the high tide.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:15 PM PST Monday the stage was 13.2 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 17.7 feet late tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage late Wednesday evening. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive through flooded areas.
