Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department are seeking assistance in locating critical missing juvenile, Scarlett Moreno. She is an 11-year-old Hispanic female who was last seen on December 8, 2025, at 9:30 p.m., on the 38000 block of 30th Street East, in the city of Palmdale.
Scarlett is 4’05” tall, 70 lbs. with straight brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and blue jeans.
Scarlett’s family is concerned for her well-being and are asking for the public’s help.
