* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The first round of steady snow moves in quickly Wednesday morning and continues through the day. There could be a brief lull in the snow Wednesday afternoon or early evening before more lake effect and upslope snow develops Wednesday night into Thursday. It turns much colder Wednesday night into Thursday with increasing winds, and possible blowing snow.
