* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow begins late this evening, with peak snowfall rates in excess of a half inch per hour expected between Midnight and 6 AM before rain begins to mix in with snow. Snow accumulations of 2 to 4 inches are expected by mid-day Wednesday before snow tapers off. Breezy northwest winds develop in the afternoon as well with gusts up to 30 mph.
