* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. There is a 10% chance of moderate flooding.

* WHERE...Nehalem River near Foss.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Above 15.0 feet, expect minor flooding of low lying farm land and structures.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:15 PM PST Tuesday the stage was 15.6 feet. - Bankfull stage is 13.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:15 PM PST Tuesday was 16.6 feet. - Forecast...The river will fall to 15.3 feet late this afternoon. It will then rise to 15.6 feet late tonight.
