The male victim, 20, was unlocking the doors of an area business when two suspects approached, brandished firearms, and stole property belonging to the victim. SUSPECTS: Two Black male adults.
2. Weapon Arrest (0327) 9700 Block of Bowie Way, Bear Creek District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area and found a loaded handgun while searching it. ARRESTED: Romel Moua, 26, Dillian Chanhnoy, 24, and a 16-year-old male, for weapon charges.
