Newark Public Safety Director Emanuel Miranda Sr. requests the public’s help identifying the individual pictured below in connection with a shooting that occurred on November 14, 2025.
At approximately 4:01 a.m., the ShotSpotter detection system picked up gunfire in the 300 block of Leslie Street. Police Officers responded and located two 9mm shell casings at that location.
Director Miranda urges anyone with information on the individual’s identity to call the Police Division’s 24-hour Crime Stopper tip line at 1-877-NWK-TIPS (1-877-695-8477). All anonymous Crime Stopper tips are kept confidential and could result in a reward.
