Mitchell, who was found to be wanted on an unrelated matter out of Ohio, has been charged with the following offenses:
- Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver in Tier 2 Quantity
- Possession of a Controlled Substance in Tier 2 Quantity
- Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
The investigation also determined that Mitchell was operating the business without a business license, and police contacted Licenses and Inspections for further action.
