1. Resisting Arrest (1423) 1900 Block of Quail Lakes Drive, Lakeview District
Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who was causing a disturbance in the area. The suspect fled from officers on foot. The officers gave chase, and force was used to take the suspect into custody. The suspect was identified as a suspect related to a residential burglary in the area. ARRESTED: Jonathan Nourie, 22, for burglary and resisting arrest.
2. Assault with a Deadly Weapon Arrest (1951) 500 Block of West Fremont Street, Civic District
The male victim, 40, was seated in his vehicle in the area when the suspect intentionally rammed her vehicle into his. The victim was uninjured, and officers arrested the suspect without incident. The suspect was treated at an area hospital for minor injuries. ARRESTED: Aliyah Lewis, 26, for assault with a deadly weapon.
3. Weapon Arrest (2312) 7300 Block of West Lane, Valley Oak District
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. Officers searched the vehicle and located a loaded handgun. ARRESTED: Eriberto Gomez, 56, for weapon charges.
4. Pursuit Arrest (2347) 3300 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
Officers attempted a traffic enforcement stop on a vehicle in the listed area. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a pursuit. The driver was taken into custody after his vehicle became disabled. ARRESTED: James Martin, 72, for driving under the influence and evading charges.
