The female victim, 26, was leaving a residence in the listed area when she confronted the suspect, who was taking the items off her vehicle. The suspect pointed a sharp object at the victim. The suspect fled on foot with the property. SUSPECT: Black female adult.
2. Resisting Arrest (1445) El Camino Avenue and Balboa Avenue, Bearcreek District
Officers conducted an enforcement stop of a vehicle for traffic violations. The officers attempted to detain one of the occupants. The suspect struggled with officers, and force was used to take him into custody. ARRESTED: Antonio Reyes-Cardenas, 21, for resisting arrest.
