MIDDLE TOWNSHIP (SWAINTON), NJ – The public is advised that a long-term road construction project is taking place on Route 9 North between Avalon Boulevard and Sea Isle Boulevard. As part of this project, Route 9 North will be closed in both directions daily from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Detours will be in place to assist motorists traveling through the area. In addition, officers from the New Jersey State Police will be on site to assist with traffic control and ensure the safety of both motorists and construction crews.
Residents, commuters, and visitors are encouraged to plan alternate routes, allow for additional travel time, and use caution when traveling near the construction zone.
