INCIDENT: H&S 11359 - Possession of Marijuana for Sale
LOCATION: 12000 block of 4th Street, Yucaipa
VICTIM(S): State of California
SUMMARY: On Thursday, December 11, 2025, deputies assigned to the Yucaipa Station assisted detectives from the Department of Cannabis Control with the service of a search warrant at an illegal cannabis delivery business operating at a residence in the 12000 block of 4th Street, in Yucaipa.
During the search, detectives discovered an illegal cannabis cultivation where the garage had been converted into an illegal cannabis cultivation room with over 300 marijuana plants. Detectives obtained investigative leads and served a second search warrant at a residence in Beaumont, where additional evidence was seized. During the investigation, detectives seized 303 cannabis plants and an excess of 290 pounds of controlled substances consisting of cannabis edibles, cannabis vape cartridges, cannabis concentrates, and psilocybin mushrooms.
The State of California requires cannabis retail and/or delivery businesses to hold a license issued by the Department of Cannabis Control before conducting cannabis business operations, as well as local licenses if the local jurisdiction permits cannabis business activities.
