| Report Date and Time: | Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 8:00 AM |
| Advisories, Watches, and Warnings: | Winter Weather Advisory in effect from December 13, 7:00 PM until December 14, 1:00 PM. |
| Hazards: | Snow. Snow-covered roads and slippery conditions are expected, with widespread snowfall totals ranging from 1 to 5 inches across nearly the entire area, locally more than 5 inches possible, especially tonight into Sunday morning, when the heaviest snowfall is anticipated. Rain to snow. Precipitation will likely start as rain tonight, especially near and southeast of I-95 and closer to the coast. This could reduce snow totals somewhat and may also wash away any initial surface treatments. Bitter cold. Wind chills across the entire area will drop into the single digits at night, and could fall below zero in the Poconos, from Sunday night through Tuesday. The coldest wind chills are expected Sunday night into Monday morning. Prolonged exposure without proper clothing could lead to hypothermia or frostbite, and some impacts to infrastructure are possible. Marine. Gale force winds and hazardous seas are likely on Delaware Bay and the Atlantic coastal waters adjacent to New Jersey and Delaware from Sunday afternoon through Monday. Areas of freezing spray are also possible. |
