Sheriff Baldwin has declared a level 1 Snow Emergency for Franklin County effective 12-13-2025 04:45 PM. Roadways are hazardous with blowing and drifting snow. Roads may also be icy. Motorists are urged to drive very cautiously. Please remove vehicles from street parking to allow plows to remove snow from roadways
