WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY
A Message from the Haledon Office of Emergency Management
On behalf of Mayor Michael Johnson and Haledon Emergency Management Coordinator Carlos Aymat, we would like to inform residents that the National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for our area starting, Saturday, December 13, 2025 at 10:00 PM, through Sunday, December 14, 2025 at 1:00 PM.
Up to 4 inches of snow is expected.
Important Reminders for Haledon Residents:
Snow Removal: Pursuant to the Haledon Municipal Code, all snow, including snow on sidewalks and vehicles, must be cleared within 24 hours after snowfall ends. Failure to comply may result in a summons.
No Parking Space Savers: The use of foreign objects to reserve parking spaces is prohibited and may result in a summons.
Fire Hydrants: Please clear snow away from fire hydrants to ensure emergency access.
Parking: If possible, park in your respective driveway to allow public works personnel to safely and efficiently plow our roadways.
