A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued starting at 10pm this evening until 1pm tomorrow (Sunday, Dec 14). Total snow accumulations of 2-4 inches expected. 

The Borough's snow emergency ordinance (194-9) takes effect as soon as the roads are snow covered. Cars parked in violation of the ordinance are subject to being summonsed and towed.  Please plan ahead and remove cars now from snow emergency streets. A list of the snow emergency streets can be found on the Borough's website in the Borough Code section. Snow emergency streets are also posted with "No Parking When Road is Snow Covered" signs. 

All parking regulations, including alternate side of the street parking, are strictly enforced during snow storms to assist the DPW's snow plowing operations.
