Alert

Use Caution if Traveling

The snowstorm is winding down, with parts of the township receiving 7 or more inches of snow. Township plow crews are working to clear the roadways. Limit travel for the next three hours as road conditions remain difficult. Here is the latest update -

ROAD CONDITIONS:
Hazardous travel on secondary roads. Main roads require reduced speeds.

South Brunswick Police have multiple car accidents or cars off the roads on secondary roads. Currently, Friendship Road and Dey Road have closures due to crashes and cars off the roads.

CLOSURES:
South Brunswick Public Library - CLOSED Sunday

WEATHER:

WEATHER ALERT

Storm Ending Soon... The back edge of the storm is right on doorstep as it has stopped snowing in Bucks County. Look for the snow to stop in 30-90 minutes across our area. We're also seeing sun breaking out in PA as well, so that sunshine gets into Jersey this afternoon and will help with cleaning operations. However, two other aspects of this event to be mindful of: 1) Increasing NW winds which lead to some blowing and drifting. 2) The snow stuck efficiently to trees and wires. This can lead to some downed branches and possible some power outages, especially as the winds increase.
