* WHAT...North winds 25 to 40 mph with gusts between 55 and 70 mph. Wind chill readings of zero to 10 below zero.
* WHERE...Anchorage.
* WHEN...Until noon AKST Monday.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Strong wind gusts at or in excess of 60 mph have been observed across the area early this afternoon. Expect winds to increase through the rest of today and overnight tonight. Winds will gradually decrease through Monday.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
