CAD CALLS: 702

1. Battery on an Officer (1619) 700 Block of North El Dorado Street, Civic District
While officers were on an unrelated call in the listed area, the suspect approached them, screamed at them, and spat on their patrol vehicles. When officers attempted to detain the suspect, he resisted and kicked one of the officers. The suspect was arrested. ARRESTED: Lance Matsumoto, 57, for battery on an officer,
resisting arrest, and Stockton Municipal Code charges.

2. Pursuit Arrest (1705) Hammer Lane and Holman Road, Valley Oak District
Officers attempted to stop a vehicle for traffic violations. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a brief pursuit. The driver ultimately stopped and was taken into custody without incident. The suspect was found to be in possession of narcotics. ARRESTED: Kyle Rodriguez, 29, for pursuit and narcotics charges.

3. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (1856) 500 Block of North Stanislaus Street, Civic District
The male victim, 61, was in the listed area when he confronted the suspect for playing loud music. During the argument, the suspect swung a knife at the victim. The victim and suspect fought over it before separating. The victim sustained non-life-threatening injuries and declined medical attention. SUSPECT: White male
adult.

4. Person Stabbed (1915) Hillsboro Way and Cambridge Drive, Valley Oak District
The female victim, 40, and the male victim, 54, were parked in a vehicle near the listed call location. The suspect approached them and began assaulting the female victim. The male victim intervened, and the suspect stabbed both victims. The suspect fled the area on foot, and the victims self-transported to an area hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries. SUSPECT: White male adult.

5. Assault with a Deadly Weapon (2002) 8800 Block of Sean Court, Valley Oak District
The suspect was causing a disturbance while armed with a machete at a residence near the listed call location. The male victim, 46, attempted to intervene, and the suspect struck the victim on the back with the machete. The victim got injured as he tried to disarm the suspect, but refused medical attention. Officers were
able to take the suspect into custody without incident. ARRESTED: Aun Oun, 72, for assault with a deadly weapon charges.

6. Armed Robbery (2330) 1100 Block of South American Street, Seaport District
The male victim, 30, was seated in his vehicle when two suspects approached and brandished a firearm. The suspect stole the victim’s property and fled on foot. SUSPECTS: Black male adult and Hispanic male adult.
