* WHAT...North winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 60 mph
* WHERE...Anchorage.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM AKST this evening.
* IMPACTS...High winds may move loose debris, damage property, and cause power outages. Travel will be difficult.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Winds have been slow to diminish today, but will continue to gradually subside through this evening. The highest wind gusts will continue to be near Knik Arm and JBER.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ANCHORAGE
