MONDAY, DECEMBER 8, 2025:
1:40 AM Officer Swadener responded to a battery report near Cedar Blvd & Cedar Ct. A 30-year-old male was arrested for battery. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
10:51 AM Community Service Officer (CSO) Lau investigated a vehicle burglary reported on Newpark Mall Road. A shattered side window was identified as the point of entry, and reported loss included several tools.
1:03 PM Officer Benjamin responded to an aggravated assault reported near Newark Blvd & Central Ave. A 27-year-old male was arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
9:34 PM Officer Diaz-Perez responded to Newark Blvd & Jarvis Ave for a report of a vehicle theft.
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2025:
1:32 AM Officer Norvell was dispatched to Mowry School Road for a report of a vehicle burglary. The rear window was shattered, and loss is currently being determined.
8:18 AM CSO Mora investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Robertson Ave & Cherry St. The loss is currently unknown.
10:13 AM CSO Lau investigated the theft of jewelry from a commercial locker near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
3:58 PM Officer Benjamin investigated several vehicle burglaries near Stevenson Blvd & Parada St. Loss included vehicle registration and personal accessories.
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2025:
6:54 AM Officer C. Torres investigated a vehicle burglary reported on Balentine Dr. Reported loss included multiple power tools.
7:03 AM Officer Shaffer investigated a vehicle burglary reported near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. Reported loss included collectibles and a backpack containing personal items.
8:12 AM While on patrol, Officer Medina located a vehicle with a shattered rear window near Newark Blvd & Fair Ave. Officers subsequently investigated multiple incidents of vehicle vandalisms involving shattered windows in the area.
3:10 PM Officer Orozco responded to a traffic collision near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd. A 56-year-old male was arrested for causing a hit & run collision, driving while intoxicated with a suspended license, and failing to comply with court-ordered terms. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
5:45 PM Officer Lor investigated a package theft reported near Hickory St & Seawind Way.
THURSDAY, DECEMBER 11, 2025:
8:58 AM Officer Kapu investigated a traffic collision near Stevenson Blvd & Eureka Dr. A 33-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
1:19 PM Officer C. Torres investigated the theft of vehicle parts on Edgewater Drive.
6:41 PM Officer Ansari investigated a vehicle theft reported near Newark & Cedar Boulevards. The engine was left running. The vehicle was later recovered and released to the owner.
9:55 PM CSO Mora investigated a window smash vehicle burglary near Mowry Ave & Cedar Blvd. Reported loss included clothing and personal items.
11:28 PM Officer Ansari responded to a traffic collision near Balentine Dr & Stevenson Blvd. A 36-year-old male was arrested for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
11:44 PM Officer Orozco responded to a vehicle burglary reported near Cedar Blvd & Mowry Ave. Tools were reported taken from the vehicle.
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2025:
10:13 AM Officer Jou investigated a mail theft report near Seawind Way & Hickory St. Vehicle registration documents were reported stolen.
2:26 PM Officer Shaffer responded to the area near Seawind Way & Hickory St for a package theft investigation.
5:57 PM Officer Medina investigated a robbery reported near Thornton Ave & Cedar Blvd. A 41-year-old male was arrested and transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
7:52 PM During the OTS DUI checkpoint near Thornton Ave & Newark Blvd, Officer Torres arrested a 45-year-old male for driving while intoxicated and driving without a license. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
9:52 PM Officer Losier responded to a commercial alarm near Mowry Ave & Cherry St. Three individuals, 43-year-old male, 41-year-old male, 60-year-old male were arrested for commercial burglary and possession of narcotics. They were transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
10:04 PM Officer Stevenson investigated a retail theft reported near Jarvis Ave & Newark Blvd.
10:59 PM Officer Stevenson responded to a disturbance reported near Balentine Dr & Stevenson Blvd. A 41-year-old male was arrested for battery and public intoxication. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 13, 2025:
12:21 AM Officer Losier responded to a commercial alarm near Balentine Dr & Cedar Blvd. A 37-year-old male was arrested for trespassing, possession of narcotics, and refusing to comply with commands. He was transported to Santa Rita Jail for booking.
12:23 PM Officer Lor recovered a stolen vehicle near Central Ave & Cherry St.
7:16 PM Officer Stevenson investigated a bicycle theft reported on Newpark Mall Road.
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 14, 2025:
12:58 AM Officers investigated multiple vehicle burglaries on Newpark Mall Road. Reported losses included backpacks containing personal items, electronics, and shoes.
2:09 PM Officers investigated several property vandalisms involving a rock used to shatter windows.
10:15 PM Officer Norvell recovered a license plate that had been switched unbeknownst to the vehicle owner.
